摘要:为提高学生的综合素质,适应快速发展的食品卫生检验行业和持续更新的食品卫生检验标准,开展了“食品卫生学实验技能”课程教学改革,以提高医学院校食品卫生与营养专业本科生的岗位胜任能力。改革后的教学方法不仅培养学生以专业知识和实验技能为主的基准性胜任力,还注重强化学生的实践操作、沟通协作、持续学习与科研创新等方面的鉴别性胜任力。结果表明,采用基于岗位胜任力的“食品卫生学实验技能”课程教学方法,学生的综合素质和岗位胜任力有较大提高,受到用人单位的高度认可。

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of“Food Hygiene Experimental Skills”Course in Medical Colleges Oriented by Post Competence

Abstract: To enhance students’ comprehensive competencies and adapt to the rapidly evolving food hygiene testing industry and continuously updated food safety standards, the teaching reform of the “Food Hygiene Experimental Skills” course was implemented to strengthen the post competence of undergraduates in the food hygiene and nutrition program at medical universities. The reformed teaching method not only cultivates students’ foundational competencies, including major knowledge and technical laboratory skills, but also emphasizes the development of identification competencies such as practical operation, communication and collaboration, continuous learning, and scientific innovation. Results indicated that adopting post competence based “Food Hygiene Experimental Skills” course teaching method could greatly improve students’ comprehensive competencies and post competences, which had garnered strong recognition from employers.
